1. Carrot and Beetroot Juice: 
Ingredients:Lemon, Carrot, Ginger, Honey and beetroot.
How to Prepare:Chopp all vegetables and blend in 1 glass of water add 1 lemon and 1/2 inch of ginger slice in it. Add 1 spoon honey in it and drink continously for 7 days in lunch.

Ingredients:Milk, Oats, Pumpkin Seeds, Almonds, Walnut, Banana.
How to Prepare:First of boil 1 glass of milk with 1 small green cardamom and 1 pinch of fennel seeds. Then makes it cold. Roast 4 spoons of oats and then blend in milk.
