Introduction:

Mango is a very cool fruit of summer which is liked by everyone because this is favourit fruit of summer and also called king of fruits. Its scientific name is Mangifera indica L.and its family name is Anacardiaceae. Mango is basically fruit of India but loved by whole the world due to its delicious taste, smell and texture. Its pulp is very juicey and it has a seed in middle. But in China by using some treatments mango is produced without seed that type is growing in the area of Hainan Island. There are many types of Mangoes but most variety of Mango is available in India and due to this called Land of Mangoes. In Pakistan, mostly Saroli Neelum, Fajri, Almas, Malda, Gulab Khans, Sunera Lal, Badshah, Totapuri and Alphonso are famous.

Mango has too much beneficial properties. These are following health characteristics of Mangoes;

1. Good for Heart Functioning:
Mangoes control high blood pressure due to presence of potassium in it. Mangoes have a Polyphenol that is Mangiferin mostly found in herbal plants and medicines that is play a vital role in controlling cholesterol and lipids. So, it reduced risks of heart diseases. It also controls swellings and inflammations in our body. There is another component that is antioxidant found n mangoes important to reduce oxidative stress.
2. Improve Immune System:
Mango has good amount of Vitamin A that is carotenoid which gives yellow color to this fruit. Vitamin is very necessary to boost immune system and it prevents  you from infection. Vitamin A makes development of cells and increase the activity of immune system cells.
3. Good for skin:
Vitamin C is very necessary vitamin for our skin that is found in mangoes in abundant amount. There is a protein that is called collagen found in our skin that is best boost up or made by vitamin C. Collagen prevent your skin from sagging. Collagen production also reduced with age. It repairs the damaged skin. Vitamin C also whiten your skin.
4. Good for Constipation:
Mangoes have dietary fiber in it. Dietary Fiber improve bowl movements. Constipation is a problem in which person feel pain by passing a stool. Dietary fiber is crucial for reduction of constipation by improving digestion.
5. Support Eye Health:
Mangoes are rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C which are both best for good vision. Because these vitamins have carotenoids and carotenoids are providing protection to lens and retina from high intensity photochemical damage by exposure to light. 
Uses of Mangoes:
Mangoes can be used as beverages or milk shakes or juices. Mangoes pickle is also very famous in summer. Mango jams are very favorite of children. Mango chattni also made that form by unripe mangoes. 
Serving Size of Mangoes:
Serving size means how much consumption of mango is safe per day. You can take 1 cup of sliced mango per day. 
Risks of Mango Eating:
I always recommend to wash mangoes completely to avoid different types of infection or irritable bowel syndrome. Mango is a fodmap fruit so it can cause inflammation or weight gain if we ate in excess amount.
